Healing Cocoon - Yoga + Massage (2 hrs)

Service Description

I create a personalized yoga sequence designed for you. What you are working on in your life, energy, emotions, and body? What are you letting go and calling in? We will start with a one hour yoga class, ending in a guided meditation and optional shamanic healing prayer and ritual. The intention is to purify your energetic field to receive clarity on your journey! I am here to serve you. We will move to the massage table for 45 minutes for a gentle-medium pressure essential oil Shakti healing massage. This includes reiki, sound healing, steamed towel and herbal tea following. The word 'Reiki' is made of two Japanese words – 'Rei' which means “God's Wisdom or Higher Power” and 'ki' which is “life force energy”. Reiki, then, means “spiritually-guided life force energy”. Sound healing is an ancient meditative practice that uses different musical implements to create healing vibrations around the body in a meditative state. Singing Bowls for example, i use Quartz crystal bowls for healing different parts of the body, mind and heart.
