90 min of bodywork with hot stones, Ayurvedic massage oils, essential oils, cbd salve and tincture, heated table, reiki energy healing, sound healing and guided meditation. Herbal tea and steamed towel following. *please read the "how to work with me" page before booking* (I need to verify you as well as schedule a zoom meet and greet to chat about your goals/intentions) Body Work- Lower stress, improve sleep + wellness. My body work can be gentle to firm pressure, can include ayurvedic oil, hot stones, sound healing, guided meditation, essential oils, CBD, and energy clearing.  The word 'Reiki' is made of two Japanese words – 'Rei' which means “God's Wisdom or Higher Power” and 'ki' which is “life force energy”. Reiki, then, means “spiritually-guided life force energy”. Sound healing is an ancient meditative practice that uses different musical implements to create healing vibrations around the body in a meditative state. Singing Bowls for example, i use Quartz crystal bowls for healing different parts of the body, mind and heart. As well as flutes and ambient music. Optional Additions- 30 min $33: Infrared Sauna (with shower available following), Relaxing Organic Facial complete with exfoliant, face guasha massage, mask and rose oil, Herbal Foot Soak, Full Body Coffee Sugar Scrub, Organic Vegan Lunch and Green Juice.
