Service Description

I create a personalized yoga sequence for you to learn and grow with in connection to what you are working on and healing in your energy, emotions, and body. We will find where you are draining your energy with guidance in all directions. We will start in the body and Purify with a healthy sustainable detox/cleansing plan, and then fine tune your nurturing of self with tantric practices and rituals. We will walk through your typical environments you reside on a regular basis, and I will teach you how to cleanse, heal and protect your energy with self discipline, boundaries and education of energy. We will activate your intentions and see where they are not aligned to create a plan for your empowerment. *please read the "how to work with me" page before booking* (I need to verify you as well as schedule a zoom meet and greet to chat about your goals/intentions)
